The is the fabulous #27 Cocktail from the #27 Bar in the Shelbourne Hotel in Dublin. This favorite of mine has Woodford Reserve Bourbon, Benedictine, Lime Juice, Honey and Orange Bitters...shaken, poured over ice and garnished with a generous slice of orange peel...unbelievably good!
